CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- Hirer shall be responsible for the correct erection of tents (except marquees.)
- Hirer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to equipment howsoever caused.
- Only gas supplied by Chalfont Heights may be used on gas equipment and is in addition to the hire charge.
- All equipment to be checked by a member of staff on completion of hire and before return of any deposit.
- There will be an additional cleaning charge for any equipment returned in a dirty condition.
- Deposits will be returned upon completion of Hire with any charges for cleaning or repairs deducted.
